Waste cooking oil recycling system for fuel, EOMIX.
This system was developed aiming at both Ecology and Economy.

By reducing the consumption of petroleum (fossil fuel), we can restrain the carbon dioxide increase on the earth to contribute to the prevention of global warming.
Furthermore, we can reduce the fuel cost by using an economical system to change waste oil for fuel.
This system is a simple and economical equipment to be useful for not only the waste oil,but also the vegetable oil to be cultivated as biomass resources.
Descaling Apparatus ESR
ESR is to provide a method of efficiently removing scales including iron rEust of pipe and the like by irradiating a special electromagnetic field. This equipment covers hot and cold water system, heat source equipment such as boiler, cooling tower, heat exchanger, piping and so on. In addition, it prevents reduction of heat exchange efficiency by descaling, and prevents increase of energy consumption. After setting up this equipment, it is a routine to follow up the surveillance for 3 months and submit the results of the effectiveness verification of this equipment as the monthly technical report.
Lubricant-derived Ash-reduced Fuel Production System, LOMIX
〔Newly developed system〕
It is a system that reduces or removes ash content (metal components) contained in waste lubricating oil such as engine oil, and it can change waste lubricating oil to the fuel which can be used for boiler and diesel engine. Ash can be reduced with a safe medicine that is also included in foods and health supplements in a simple, efficient and economical way.
High temperature frying oil cleaner, FOC

〔Newly developed system〕
It is a high-temperature frying oil cleaning system which can continuously and efficiently remove impurities such as dusting powder, bread crumbs, food scraps and various carbides floating in the frying oil which are generated during operation with commercial fryers etc.

Compared to the filter that has been used in the past, it has the following merits;

(1) Filter material is unnecessary.

(2) It is possible to remove impurities efficiently.

(3) The quality of the fried product can be improved.

March 24, 2017. We acquired the Japanese patent of "refreshing method and refreshing system of frying oil". (Japanese Patent No. 6114092)
January 26, 2017 "Feasibility Survey for Making Diesel Fuel from Waste Lubricating Oil in the Republic of Marshall Islands" that was applied to JICA was adopted.
October 7, 2016. "Waste Lubricant Recycling System by Ash-reduced Fuel Production System" was adopted as a project to be subsidized the new technology / new product development promotion grant for the small companies in Yokohama city. (We declined the grant at a later date, as it duplicated with JICA feasibility survey project.)
